Dr. Huan-Yu Lin is Research Scientist in Bioresource Collection and Research Center (BCRC), Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI), Taiwan. She has completed her Ph.D. in 2012 from Institute of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, National Yang-Ming University and postdoctoral studies in 2013 at Institute of Biomedical Sciences (IBMS), Academia Sinica.
